Policies

Nanoblading

I reserve 4 hours for each nanoblading session to ensure the highest standard of service for each client. Due to the length of time reserved, there is a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking your appointment which will be deducted from the final cost.

 

Touch up services also require a 20% deposit in order to secure the appointment. ​

 

Should you cancel your appointment but wish to reschedule, please give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. You can then transfer your $100 deposit to your new nanoblading appointment.

If 48 hours’ notice is not given, your deposit will be forfeited and another $100 deposit will be required to rebook.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that unexpected events may require more flexibility. In the event of an unavoidable emergency, all or part of your deposit may be applied to future services. This is solely up to my discretion.

Cancellations & punctuality

Please ensure at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If 48 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your missed service cost at your next appointment. 

Appointments can only be held for up to 15 minutes after the appointment time, so please allow for sufficient time to arrive and park. 

 

If you are going to be late due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may forfeit their deposit and appointment.

No-shows

A confirmation email and/or text is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. Clients who fail to show for their appointments, without 48 hours cancellation notice, will forfeit their deposit. In order to rebook the service, full payment will be required.

If you have any questions or would like to book an appointment, please do not use Instagram or Facebook to contact me; as these are social media platforms and not channels utilized for contact.

Covid-19

 

If you have cold-like symptoms, but have tested negative for Covid-19 - I ask that you still reschedule your appointment and provide me with as much notice as possible. Thank you!
