Policies
Deposits
Tattoo and Nanoblading appointments require a non-refundable deposit, valued at approximately 30% of the estimated final cost. Deposits are required at the booking to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the final cost. All payments are subject to applicable sales tax, including deposits. Sales Tax in deposits do not go towards the cost of your appointment.

Cancellations

Please ensure at least 72 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If 72 hours’ notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your missed service cost at your next appointment.

Punctuality
​
Please allow for sufficient time to arrive and park. If you are going to be late due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. I can usually accommodate appointments if you are running behind, and I would always rather you arrive safely. However, Clients who arrive too late or maintain the habit of running late may forfeit their deposit and appointment.

No Shows
​
A confirmation email and/or text is sent at the time of booking your appointment, 72 hours as well as 24 hours prior to your appointment. Clients who fail to show for their appointments, without cancellation notice, will forfeit their deposit. To rebook the service, full payment will be required in advance. However, if I do not hear back from you regarding why you no showed your appointment, you will be unable to book any future appointments.

Contact

I am immensely grateful for the volume of interest and inquires received. However, being only one artist with a fully booked schedule, without a receptionist or assistant; please expect 5 business days or more for a response. Voicemails and emails will be answered in the order they were received. Please do not use Instagram or Facebook to contact me; as these are social media platforms and not channels utilized for booking details and/or inquires.

Colds
If you have cold-like symptoms, I ask that you wear a mask during the duration of your appointment or reschedule. If you wish to reschedule, please provide me with as much notice as possible to reschedule without penalty. This is based on the on the honour system so please be accountable. Thank you!
